We ask that donors courteously wear a mask and follow social distancing practices when dropping off donations.

We are open with limited hours. Moving forward, we will keep the same days and hours that you can currently donate here, Sunday- Monday 12-4:45 and Tuesdays-Saturdays, 12am-6:45pm. Here are some of the new policies you need to know before you come see us:
- All donors, guests, and clients are encouraged to to wear face masks while shopping in the store or donating, except for each Thursday when we require them. This allows us to honor our disabled/immunocompromised clients, staff, and guests.
- Wearing bandanas, plastic face shields, scarves, or t-shirts in the place of face masks are not permitted at this time, no exceptions.
- The staff will ask people who are not wearing their face masks properly, above the nose and below the mouth, to fix their masks while in the store on Thursdays. If this is not something that a customer can do, we will ask them to leave.
You might have some more questions. Hopefully we've answered them below! Don't hesitate to call us at (206) 329-5792 or send us an email at [email protected]

Can I shop for items?
We will be open for in-store shopping beginning June 30th. Our hours will remain Tuesday-Saturday from 12-5. You can also shop online. We will keep this page updated as King County moves through the phases of reopening.
Do I have to wear a mask?
Yes. Effective June 26, a statewide order in Washington requires individuals to wear a face covering in indoor public spaces such as stores, offices and restaurants. The order also requires face coverings outdoors when you can't stay 6 feet apart from others. We do have masks for purchase, but customers cannot enter the store without a mask.
Can i try on clothes and test electronics?
Our dressing rooms will remain closed until further notice. We ask that customers do not try on clothes or accessories outside of the dressing rooms.
You can test electronics. Please alert a staff member so we can sanitize any items that you tested and decide not to buy.

How is the store assisting customers to social distance?
We have 6 foot markers on the floor to help customers stay at a safe distance and our staff will remind anyone shopping too closely.
How many people can shop in the store?
In accordance to Washington State's phase 2 requirements, customer occupancy is limited to 20. Because of this limited capacity, we are asking shoppers to limit their time in the store to 30-minutes.
do you have touchless transactions?
Yes! We accept apple and tap payments. We also have items listed for sale online with an option to save on shipping and pick the item up locally.
We also accept credit, debit and cash payments although touch payments (like Apple or Google pay) are preferred.
